A m\u00e9s, els canvis propis del cicle vital o les crisis inesperades (embar\u00e0s, naixements, crian\u00e7a, canvis d\u2019habitatge, de treball, accidents\u2026) poden suposar un repte pel sistema familiar que no sempre \u00e9s f\u00e0cil de transitar. L\u2019infant, l\u2019adolescent o l\u2019adult que presenta un s\u00edmptoma fa expl\u00edcit que la salut relacional de la seva fam\u00edlia est\u00e0 afectada. El treball de tot el sistema podr\u00e0 millorar el benestar de cadascun dels membres, potenciant els seus punts forts i ajudant-se entre ells.
